Rates
Rental for weddings is offered at a weekend rental rate of $3,500.00 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit. The barn will be open for your use from Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday at 12:00 noon. The $200 security/damage is refundable after your event. We also offer a full size apartment with kitchen and half bath downstairs with king suite upstairs available for overnight stay for an additional $500 for the weekend. You may have your rehearsal dinner Friday night as well as wedding and reception on Saturday. To book your date $1,850.00 is due at time of contract signing and balance of $1,850.00 in 30 days. Our white tables and chairs are included in your fee. We provide up to 200 white chairs, 26 - 60" round tables, 10 - pubs tables,
4 - 8' buffet tables and 4 - 6' buffet tables.
Weekday rentals are offered at $1,700.00 per day for corporate and other event functions. For weekday events the barn will be available for your use from 2:00 p.m. on the afternoon of your event until 11:00 p.m.. We offer one day rates on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Tables and chairs are not
included in your fee for one day events.
