Rates
Rental for weddings is offered at a weekend rental rate of $3,500.00 plus a $200 refundable damage deposit. This rate includes tables and chairs. We provide up to 200 white padded chairs, 26 - 60" round tables, 10 pub tables, 4 - 6' buffet tables, and 4 - 8' buffet tables at no extra cost. The barn will be open for your use from Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. until Sunday at 12:00 noon. The $200 security/damage is refundable after your event. To secure your date $1850.00 is due at time of contract signing. You have 30 days from the date you sign your contract to pay the additional $1,850.00. This rate includes a clean-up fee and a parking attendant for you during your wedding or event. We also offer a full size apartment with kitchen and half bath downstairs with king suite upstairs available for overnight stay for an additional $400 for the weekend.You may have your rehearsal dinner Friday night as well as wedding and reception on Saturday.
Weekday rentals are offered at $1,700.00 per day for corporate and other event functions. For weekday events the barn will be available for your use from 2:00 p.m. on the afternoon of your event until 11:00 p.m.. We offer one day rates on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Tables and chairs are not
included in your fee for one day events.
